Main shareholder

The company’s principal shareholders are the Wuppertal-based Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation and the Munich-based ARGENTA Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. The sole shareholder of ARGENTA is Munich entrepreneur Dr. Helmut Röschinger.

This commitment is planned to be incorporated into the existing charitable Dr. Helmut Röschinger Foundation at a later date.

The Supervisory Board

The MIB Supervisory Board brings together three personalities with diverse backgrounds.

Hans-Peter Weitz has accompanied the management of MIB as Chairman since April 2024. From his training until his retirement, Mr. Hans-Peter Weitz spent his professional life in various functions at Deutsche Bank AG. His work was characterized by a particular proximity to medium-sized companies. Hans-Peter Weitz, who was already a member of the Supervisory Board, succeeds the former Chairman Rolf-Peter Rosenthal, who accompanied the development of MIB from the very beginning.

The deputy chairman of the MIB Supervisory Board is Felix Lukasch, a graduate engineer, managing director of ARGENTA Internationale Anlagegesellschaft mbH and long-time close confidant of ARGENTA’s managing partner, Dr. Helmut Röschinger, with a wealth of experience in the long-term successful continuation of manufacturing industrial companies and the development of residential and commercial real estate.

The third member of the triumvirate is Dr. Marc Kanzler. He has been a member of the Board of the Dr. Werner Jackstädt Foundation since 2008 and Chairman of the Board since April 2024. Dr. Kanzler has over 30 years of professional experience in management positions in Germany and abroad at Deutsche Bank AG, GE Capital and IKB Industriekreditbank AG. Dr. Kanzler has also worked as an independent management consultant since 2016.
